SECTION 1 - Returns & Refunds

  • 14-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee: You can return the product for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it if you change your mind.

  • If the product is broken or faulty and more than 14 days have passed, please provide an honest explanation of the issue, along with images or videos showing the damage. Refunds for faulty products will be processed as per Australian Consumer Law, with no time limit for faulty goods.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • You change your mind after 14 days.

  • You placed the wrong order or changed your mind after 14 days.

  • You found the product cheaper elsewhere.

  • The product was misused, damaged by you, or used against our advice.

  • You knew about any faults before purchasing.

Please ensure your products are handled carefully, as they can be delicate. Damages caused by contact with substances or liquids after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a return.

If your refund request is approved, we may issue a refund without requiring the return of the product, as long as the item remains in good condition.

How to Request a Return or Refund:

  • Contact us via the Contact Form with your order number to initiate the process.

  • For returns, we'll provide you with the return address.

  • If your return request is within our refund policy, we’ll cover the return shipping costs (you will need to pay upfront and provide a receipt for reimbursement).

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after being approved.


SECTION 2 - Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your bank—refunds can take some time to be posted.

  3. If no refund appears after checking, please reach out to us via the Contact Form. It usually takes up to 5 business days for funds to arrive, but in some cases, it may take longer. We're here to help!


SECTION 3 - Shipping
We will cover your return shipping costs if your product is faulty or if a return is requested within the 14-day refund policy.

After the 14-day period, return shipping will be at your expense unless the product is faulty.
